Сочинение "Мой домашний питомец" по Английскому

I have a kitten. His name is Sergik. He is grey. His ears are so funny! Sometimes they stay in a funny manner, but sometimes they hang like an elephant. His paws are soft and his tail always stays. He purrs very dearly. Sergik likes to play with mice. He likes dainties very much. He fondles on me after its eating.

One day Sergik went for a walk and had a real adventure. He climbed up the tree. He was going to catch a sparrow, but he fell down. He was frightened and climbed up the tree again. Then he sat on the tree for a long time, because he was afraid to fall again. He didn't watch sparrows. In the evening Sergik wanted to eat and he came home.

My kitten likes to sleep very much. He finds soft place and lies down there. Only his nose sticks out. To my mind, my Sergik is the best kitten in the world.

У меня дома есть котенок. Его зовут Сержик. Он дымчатого цвета. У него такие веселые ушки! То они весело стоят, то висят как у слона. У него мягкие лапки, а хвостик всегда стоит. Он очень нежно мурлычет. Сержик любит играть с мышками. Он очень любит лакомства. Он ластится ко мне, когда покушает.

Однажды Сержик пошел гулять, и с ним произошло настоящее приключение. Он залез на дерево и собирался поймать воробья, да упал. От испуга он снова забрался на дерево. Затем он долго сидел на дереве, так как боялся, что снова упадет. На воробьев он больше не смотрел. Вечером Сержик захотел есть и вернулся домой.

Мой котенок очень любит спать. Он находит мягкое место и ложится там, только нос торчит. По-моему, мой Сержик самый лучший котенок в мире.

Nobody knows for sure when people began to domesticate dogs. I think that moment became the most prominent in the history of mankind. Because this was the moment when people got the most devoted friends.

Nowadays many people keep dogs as pets. And I am a lucky one to have a wonderful dog. His name is Ball. Why do we call him Ball? That is because when he was a little pup, he was very fat, hairy and funny. He jumped as a small and well shaped ball. Besides he could jump, not jump but bounce, days and nights long. Moreover, he never got tired! He always was cheerful and ready to do a lot of mischief. My mother used to say that he was as fresh as a cucumber. But I did not understand her words those days. Why cucumber? He was as bouncy as a ball! That's why we called him Ball
