Thin pancakes are a popular treat.

Ingredients:

2 eggs1 tablespoon of sugar5 cups of milk2 cups of flour2 tbsp. vegetable oil without a pronounced aroma. A stream of soda and salt.

Cooking method:

Eggs beat up with sugar and a glass of milk. Add soda and salt. Sift 2 cups of flour and add it in small portions to the dough, gently stirring it. In a thick, homogeneous dough, add the remaining milk (4 cups) and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough. Mix everything and you can start baking. Spread the frying pan with a little oil. Stir the dough with a ladle, gently scoop and pour into the frying pan. Quickly rotate the frying pan, allow the dough to spread over the bottom of the pan. Bake a few minutes, then stab with a knife and quickly turn the pancake. Get the pancake on the plate and, if desired, grease with butter. Bake in this way the pancakes from the whole dough.
