My family think a lot about keeping fit. In summer I and my father play badminton and football. In winter we go skiing. The father is very good at volleyball and football.

On weekdays he does yoga if he has free time.

My mom doesn't play badminton. She likes swimming and goes to the swimming pool twice a week. She is very good at skiing, too. I'm good at roller skating and swimming. I play chess but not very often.

All the family try to stay outdoors a few hours a day.

We do morning exercises almost every day.
