The village is located on the Novotitarovskaya Kuban lowlands, 12 kilometers north of Krasnodar, on both banks of the river dejectedly.

The history of the formation of the village falls on October 1810. Initially the settlement was the hamlet. Interestingly Cossacks chose a place central square. Produced cattle (horses, cows) and waited. At the place where the animal was placed on a vacation, designated center. So there was Andrew's Square (center).

According to documents in 1876, in the village had 775 private, two public houses, 5117 inhabitants, one church, 18 windmills, two oil mills, two tanneries, a post office, Pour House, a school with one teacher and 30 students, 14 apiaries (153 hive), two forges, 500 horses, 2,422 oxen, 5060 cows, 12,613 sheep and goats.

In 1980, Art. Novotitarovskaya during the excavation of burial mounds were made scientific discovery: there are not only the Scythian burial mounds, but also of other origin. Funeral layer found in our mounds at the discretion of the Academy of Sciences has received the name - "Layer Novotitarovskaya culture." Now about the Kuban village knows the scientific world.

Today, the area of the village Dinskoy Novotitarovskaya included since 1962. Area Novotitarovskaya settlements - 2758.5 hectares. It stretches from east to west - 37 kilometers from north to south - 16 kilometers.

As 01.04.14g. 27112 people live here 45 nationalities. By Novotitarovskaya settlement also includes the hamlet of Karl Marx, Primakov misfire.

In the settlement today are 4 secondary schools and 1 private, Center for children and teenagers, children's art school, 4 kindergartens, hospitals and clinics.
