2. Observe the schedule and total time spend in the pool

3. Observw sanitare requirements when visiting the swimming pool

4. Hygiene items should only be in unbreakeble containers

5. Take a thorough shower for 5-7 minutes

6. After finishing the shower use it is nessesary to close hot and cold water taps

7. After taking a shower in front of the pool give medical personnel the opportunity to check the quality of the wash.
