    Health was always the most important thing in human life. We try to avoid diseases because all of us know how we feel when we are ill. So we want to feel well and enjoy our life. Everyone should know that there are some important rules of good heaith. First of all it ts necessary to spend as much time as possible in the open air. We should keep our body, clothes, home and teeth clean. If it is not cold it is better to sleep with open windows. We should have a good sleep to feel fresh in the morning. We should not write or read when it is dark in the room. We also should know that people need to take vitamins to stay healthy. Of course we should eat healthy food: a lot of different fruits and vegetables. Also we should move more. Remember these rules and your health will be strong.
